~ New JLI  course - reserve your place today  -  An exciting Jewish educational program – titled ‘Rediscovering Wonders’,  a 9 week course on the Torah’s portion of the week in the book of Deuteronomy.   This course starting on Monday, 26th July  provides everyone with coherent, relevant and usable body of Jewish learning, empowering the Jew - regardless of previous background, with the ability to make  informed  choices in personal and communal Jewish life.  Ring our office on 5570 1851 to reserve your place and register.  Checkout the flyer on the left.

~ Women monthly Rosh Chodesh evening -  Checkout the flyer by clicking here for more information on our upcoming event. 

~ Our Talmud Torah Cheder  -  from 9:30-11:30am at the Gold Coast Hebrew Congregation - Join other children attending our Cheder classes for an educational and stimulating time. Your child will enjoy learning and exploring their heritage through fun, games and arts & crafts with the company of other children. For further info contact us on 5570 1851. ~ Weekly Adult Education: - Lecture Series on Monday’s- at 7:30pm –  for JLI participants. Talmud Class at 7:00pm every Thursday.  Afternoon weekly insight: between Mincha and Maariv at 5:00pm

~ The Alex and Hetty Goldstein Jewish Library - is open on Mon.Wed. and Friday between  9:30- 1:00pm.   Become a  member of our library and take advantage of the large selections of books. Please telephone our office on 5570 1851 for more information.

~ Bikur Cholim – Sick Visitations -  If you know of anyone who is in hospital, Nursing home or needs a home visit please call our office. We regularly visit and extend emotional, physical and spiritual care to those bound in hospitals or elsewhere. For further information please contact our office on 5570 1851 or Rabbi Gurevitch on 0419 392 818. If you know anyone who is being admitted to hospital please encourage them to register their name as ‘Jewish’ on the form.

~ Mezuzah Campaign – going from home to home... Protecting Jewish Homes With Tradition –  The Gold Coast Hebrew Congregation will organise to have your Mezuzah checked or a new one put-up.    Over 257 Mezuzot have been placed at various homes.  For more information please  contact the Shule on 55 701 851.  Please note that our Shule’s Judaica shop features a wide variety of beautiful Mezuzah cases to choose from.
